I came from Australia on my own and felt so welcomed and comfortable by Liz. I had never done pilates or yoga but took to it quite easily and especially enjoyed the pilates that was offered. The food was delicious, fresh and healthy and the vibe of the retreat was so relaxing making it perfect for some much needed downtime in my life. I met so many wonderful people I have continued to stay in contact with and I am already looking forward to another retreat Liz hosts.
